Delivery/pick-up service will be in operation Monday – Friday. We do not have this service in operation on statutory holidays.

All orders received up to 12:00 PM (noon) daily will be completed the same day. In some cases due to the high volume of customers, your order may be moved to the next day.

Please note if you submit your order after 12:00 PM on Friday, it will be moved to the next service delivery day which will be Monday.

We would like to thank you for your patronage through our delivery and pick-up service. The following applies to all delivery and pick-up orders:

• Deliveries may be made through our website at www.sobeysokotoks.com or by calling 403-938-4043.
• We will not be running the delivery & pick-up service on statutory holidays. We are unable to TAKE or SHOP any orders on 15% Tuesday Customer Appreciation Day.
• There is a $15 service fee and a $50 minimum purchase on all delivery or pick-up orders. The service is available inside the developed town limits of Okotoks and is still free to Senior Citizens and incapacitated persons. Free service is limited to once per week and additional orders will be charged the service fee.
• Bottled water is subject to the delivery charge plus $2.00 per bottle.
• We are unable to honour vendor competitor coupons on delivery and pick-up orders.
• Lottery, alcohol, and gift cards are not permitted on orders.
• Orders will be pre-paid by Amex, Visa or MasterCard
• All orders received up to 12:00 PM (noon) daily will be completed the same day. In some cases due to the high volume of customers, your order may be moved to the next day and you will be contacted if this is in place.
